HIGH HEAT CAMERA SYSTEMS

For applications that require us to perform inspections inside high heat  environments we have developed a number of cooling sleeves for each individual system. This allows us to work on systems that would otherwise be inaccessible and also drastically reduces your shut down time.

We have inspected flash tanks during operation, a large number of applications for steel manufactures including cast molds for blockages within the water jackets, water cooled rollers,  and a 325 ton ladle for cracks on the wall surface. As every project is different pre planning is essential  for safety as well as getting the results our clients need to make informed decisions.

PRESSURIZED INSPECTIONS

We have developed a number of units using ball valves and strain relief's that allow us to inspect systems under both water and air pressure with excellent results.
